Have you heard Barry's is coming to Scottsdale?! Come see what Barry's is all about with a mat workout that will be paired with a soulful stretch, leaving you ready to take on your week, your month. This Soul Sundays event will include the opportunity to sweat, reflect, and connect. We partnered this month with MYKO Collective to give you the opportunity to get a new neutral set at a HIGHLY discounted rate!
As with each event, join us for a holistic experience that pairs movement with reflection. After we sweat together, Soul Sundays founders, Tess Kelly and Julie Woodworth, will lead us through a workshop on how to balance your energy.
