What better way to spend a Sunday then with your friends, soaking up the sun, moving your body and reflecting on your monthly intentions? This Soul Sundays event will include the opportunity to move your body, exercise your mind, and connect with your community.
This event will give you the chance to check in on those new years resolutions - how did you align your goals with your actions in January? What do you want to focus on for the month ahead? Where did you find gratitude this past month? The workshop will include:
- CPY Yoga Flow guided by local instructors Julie Woodworth & Laura Picardi
- Beats provided by local DJ, Armada Sounds
- Local vendor fair with opportunity to sample local bites and drinks
- Reflect and set intentions for the month ahead
- Raffle for Lululemon giveaways
- Opportunity to strength your connections with the community
