Soul Sundays will be hosting a puppy yoga flow, in support of Almost There Rescue, open to all levels. We invite you to bring your friends to join us for all the furry fun!
Check in will begin at 5:30 pm. Come early to get settled and find a place for your mat!
What to bring:
Towel recommended with the pups running around ( yoga mat optional)
Water bottle
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing for movement
Where to park:
Parking available on site.
