Our morning will start with a yoga flow led by our very own Julie Woodworth with music by local DJ, Armada Sounds. The concept we will dive into for July is gratitude and we will review practices that can be incorporated into your everyday life.
Come as you are - bring your notebook, pen, yoga mat and water bottle.
Stay after, socialize, and enjoy the patio with a few Goldwater beers!
