This month we have some exciting partnerships to bring you a well rounded wellness experience. Â Soul Communities has partnered with The Shop to bring a full morning of wellness and community.
The Soul Sundays team will lead you through a blended sculpt vinyasa yoga flow and Maddison from MaddHippie will lead a sound bath. The wellness workshop will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your month ahead!
